I recently did a list of 1980s cartoons that I thought a lot of people had forgot about. Our readers really seemed to like it, and I know a lot of our readers grew up in the 1990s, so I thought I'd put together a list of animated series from that decade that you might not remember. We all have our favorites, like Batman: The Animated Series, Animanicas, X-Men, Spawn, and Gargoyles, but there are some cartoons that may have just slipped through the cracks of our minds. NetherRealm Studios has released a new trailer for Mortal Kombat X which reveals that the evil sorcerer Quan Chi will be rejoining the fight. The latest iteration of the long-running brawler is set to release 0n April 14, 2015, on current and past-gen consoles.
Squaring off against the equally nefarious Kano, the trailer showcases the three distinct styles Quan Chi can wield. The warlock style allows the sorcerer to create portals that can lead to lengthy combos, while the sorcerer play style allows him to cast spells in order to improve attributes such as damage dealt and defense. Perhaps most interesting, however, is the summoner style, which allows Quan Chi to summon demons from the NetherRealm in order to assist him.
