When seasoned comedian George Simmons learns of his terminal, inoperable health condition, his desire to form a genuine friendship cause him to take a relatively green performer under his wing as his opening act.
A musically narrated comedy/horror in a homage to the video nasties of the 1980's. This film follows a trio of criminals who break into a small town house in South Manchester, and unwittingly unleash a werewolf on the world.
This was a Canadian sitcom which was adapted from Ibsen. No, that's not right. Oh, yeah, it was about a talking dog which contained the personality of a former cop. He lived with his late brother's family and communicated with his nephew, played by Jaimz Woolvett (pretty good as the main character). It was every bit as silly as it sounds, but was reasonably well-done, and worth a look.
