No. The DVD pictured (Classic Pictures DVD1034X) is not the RAF 1941 film "Target for Tonight" about the bombing of oil storage at Freihausen, Germany. Rather it is a comprehensive documentary (approx 150 mins.) about bombings of Cologne, Hamburg and Dresden, with narration, color footage--apparently produced for British television. Oddly, the DVD does include about 45 seconds of beautifully restored footage of the RAF film. However it is NOT the original 1941 documentary directed by Harry Watt (uncredited).
