This movie is a brand new look of children's movies in China. With the help and cooperation from Hong Kong, the children's movies in China was injected a new life.
However, it is rather difficult to determine whether such a new addition is good or bad, because the new addition is not without the complete endorsement of Chinese parents.
The new addition is what is typical of Hong Kong action flicks: martial arts. Many Chinese parents felt that in the era of video and internet games in which there are excessive violence, introduction of martial arts in children's films would not serve a positive trend, and hence, this movie is a definitely a children's film, but not a family film because it is only like by children but not all of their parents.
