I watched a few episodes of this show on DVD the other night I had never even heard of this series before. The show honestly isn't bad the acting is mundane so you wouldn't watch it for that. I will say for some reason I felt the boy was a lot older then a teenager. I wasn't too surprised to find out that the guy was actual about 25 or 26 when the series was filmed, it would have been better to have had someone who was closer or at least could pull it off believable. Take for example Sarah Drew who played a late teenager on Everwood, now she also was in her mid 20's but you'd never have guessed it.
I think White Fang the TV series is something that a family with young children 6 to 12 would enjoy watching. I think a few teenagers might enjoy it too and just other people who enjoy something about the adventure of a boy and his dog. Who aren't looking for the best acting and best story lines, just something to be able relax put your feet up.
