Talk about conception -- who fathered a particular character in the film.
People killed in air/ground combat. Some people are killed in a race sequence. Sword fights, one where another person is sliced in half at the torso (you see his body separate briefly). No blood in any of the previously mentioned due to science fiction weaponry.
Two mild scatological references (in both cases, the actual words are spoken in an alien dialect, but the inflection is obvious).

The menacing behavior and appearance of Darth Maul (with a red and black striped face, small horns on his head and glowing eyes) may be unsettling or frightening to very young kids as might his mysteriously hooded and obviously sinister master.A main character dies and you see his body being publically cremated.
