It follows Farrah Cutney (Anna Akana), the girl everyone wishes they were in school: a master of her domain, queen of “spin” and the resident “fixer” — at the center of a rumor storm that she can no longer control.

Aside from Youth & Consequences, Waz-jackson is currently scoring The CW’s Life Sentence starring Lucy Hale. They also have two documentary films in post-production, Cancer Rebellion produced by Roger Daltrey of The

Jackie Chan karate kicks his way back onscreen in The Foreigner! The action movie has Chan playing a humble businessman with a buried past who seeks justice when his daughter is killed in an act of terrorism. Pierce Brosnan also stars, teaming up again with GoldenEye director Martin Campbell.

Here are 5 reasons why you need to check this movie out:

1. The Stunts

Jackie Chan has endured many years of long, hard work and a ton of injuries to establish international success via his early beginnings in Hong Kong's martial arts movie industry. Making his way to North American audiences in 1995 with Rumble in the Bronx, this was the first time we saw an action star do his own stunts as he ran up walls and bounced off cars. It was very impressive and Jackie hasn't slowed down.

Scrubs creator takes comedy series Spaced Out to CBS

Variety is reporting that Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence’s comedy series Spaced Out is now being developed as a multi-camera project at CBS, after failing to move forward as a single camera comedy pilot at NBC.

Described as a “workplace ensemble”, the series takes place in the world of commercial space travel. The original concept would have focussed on a working-class genius and his struggles to fit in with an established team of engineers building a rocket to go to Mars.

Lawrence – whose other credits include Spin City, Cougar Town, Rush Hour and the upcoming CW comedy Life Sentence – is set to write the new take on Spaced Out, as well as executive producing with Jeff Ingold.

Movie Review – The Foreigner (2017)

The Foreigner, 2017.

Directed by Martin Campbell.

Starring Jackie Chan, Pierce Brosnan, Rufus Jones, Charlie Murphy, and Orla Brady.

The story of humble London businessman Quan (Chan), whose long-buried past erupts in a revenge fuelled vendetta when the only person left for him to love – his teenage daughter – is taken from him in a senseless act of politically motivated terrorism. In his relentless search for the identity of the terrorists, Quan is forced into a cat-and-mouse conflict with a British government official (Brosnan), whose own past may hold clues to the identities of the elusive killers.

Jackie Chan’s career in the West has been a mixed bag to put it mildly. Even at the height of his popularity West of China, in Rush Hour and Shanghai Noon etc, he was doing affable (if disposable) entertainment. The trouble was, among his better aforementioned works, he was doing dreadful films like

How Rotten Tomatoes’ New Facebook Show Is Holding Film Criticism Hostage

How Rotten Tomatoes’ New Facebook Show Is Holding Film Criticism Hostage
Earlier this year, Brett Ratner declared that “the worst thing we have in today’s movie culture is Rotten Tomatoes,” an argument that seemed petulant and self-serving even before we learned that one of the worst things we have in today’s movie culture is actually Brett Ratner. “I have such respect and admiration for film criticism,” continued the director of such critically-maligned efforts as “X-Men 3,” before arriving at a rather baffling example. “Now it’s about a number… And that’s sad, because the Rotten Tomatoes score was so low on ‘Batman v Superman,’ I think it put a cloud over a movie that was incredibly successful.”

After correctly identifying the great tragedy of our time, Ratner ended his rant by lamenting that “Film criticism has disappeared.” Such noble words from the man whose company co-finances the films of D.C.’s expanded universe — if only the Justice League had room for another superhero!

New Line Got Brett Ratner Harassment Complaint in 2005 (Exclusive)
New Line Cinema, a division of Time Warner, received a sexual harassment complaint about Brett Ratner more than a decade ago, according to two former employees.

Terri Goddard, a former assistant at New Line, said that Ratner was notorious around the office for ogling the assistants, invading their space, and making them uncomfortable. His behavior was sufficiently persistent and unwelcome that she and several other employees complained to the human resources department.

“It’s humiliating to be objectified when you’re trying to do your work,” she said. “People were just appalled.”

Goddard said that Ratner’s behavior stopped after she and the other assistants complained to New Line’s Hr department, and that it appeared the company had talked to him about the allegations. A second employee, who also complained to Hr, said that Ratner called her a few days later to confront her about why she had reported him.

Ratner’s attorney,
