The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

4/10

A man and a woman kiss passionately and lie back on a stage; she removes her jacket and he puts his hand on her clothed breast (they are interrupted).

A girl takes a shower; no nudity is shown.

A few (non graphic) sexual references and remarks.

Violence & Gore

8/10

This is a slasher movie in which a masked serial killer murders people with a knife. The death scenes are more elaborate (and violent) than in the first film, but much more is left offscreen, and the level of graphic/gory scenes is rather low.

This movie, like the first, features many bloody stabbing scenes, featuring sound effects and lots of struggling. People are stabbed in the face, stomach, throat, limbs, and back, usually repeatedly. Some scenes involve a lot of blood.

People stagger around after being stabbed and this could be disturbing to some viewers.

In many attack scenes people are flung around, beaten with various objects, and tripped. This can be intense.

There are a few shootings, one in the head. They feature splattering blood.

Blood splatters around in many of the violent scenes.

Dead bodies are seen a few times.

Profanity

8/10

At least 36 F-words, some sexual references, 26 scatological terms, 17 anatomical terms (1 mild), 11 mild obscenities, 3 religious profanities, 23 religious exclamations.

5/10

A woman is briefly shown smoking a cigarette.

Several young men and women drink alcoholic beverages at a sorority/fraternity rite of passage; they pour large amounts of alcohol onto a young man who is tied up (we see him passed out later).

7/10

Many rather gruesome death scenes.

The dividing wall scene and the climax are fairly intense.

The whole movie can be frightening to some viewers, although it has many funny scenes.

There are a few sad/emotional death scenes.

Rated R for strong language and strong bloody violence
