The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

As Randall is scrolling through a calendar, we briefly see a provocatively dressed pin-up girl on it.

A couple of passionate kisses, and a slow dance scene where we see a woman wearing a low-cut dress.

Violence & Gore

A man is bitten on the hand by an animal. The bite is heard but there are no marks or blood.

The man swings his arm around with the animal still attached. Even though the animal is swung into crates and furniture, it is done so in a comical fashion and the animal is soon shown to be unharmed.

A man is hit in the head by a moving toy but no blood is shown. A man in a wheelchair is hit at high speed so his chair flips and then falls over.

Some peril (see Frightening/Intense Scenes below).

"Damn" is heard in a song.

2 uses of "hell," a few uses of "screwed," and also, "butt." Insults include "shut up" and "idiot."

There is a scene in a bar that involves several characters taking shots. Later one of the characters is shown drunk for a while.

While on Mars, the crew experiences a massive dust storm which they're almost killed in.

The scene where the crew is out of control in their ship is very intense.

A man holds his breath to the point where he's unconcious (he ends up being fine).

A chimp suffocates, but is later revived.
