I've seen this movie twice. I don't agree with previous comments. Considering this is a made for TV movie, with all of the commercial interruptions, etc., I got the message in this film despite the bland but palatable script. I was not as focused on the relationship between Callain and her fellow employees, I was more focused on what was going on with Callain's mind. I'm into Jungian Psychology and Jung describes similar events in the lives of his patients. If it had not been for the acting I probably would have tuned in to something else even though I really like these kinds of movies. I was hooked into the drama right away. Sheridan is quite talented, and I have always liked Coyote's work. I've tuned into many of Keech's movies as well, a very talented actor. While you can't transfer thoughts via your brain cells you can transfer thoughts mentally. And I believe some of our more primitive ancestors believed that consuming the brains of the deceased did give them insight into the thoughts of those who had passed on. I think, during mummification, they used to remove the brains via the nose and possibly consumed them. While the script, In my opinion, failed to meet the talents of the actors I think it is worth viewing. It could have been a really topnotch big screen movie, one I'd go to the theater to see. Maybe a remake is in order.I wanted to add that to me the sign of a good actor is when he or she draws you into the character. There was so much more that could have been done with this movie.
