As the red Thunderbird is hit by the cable car and flips over another car you can see smoke under the center of the car; from the explosion (possible hydraulics?) that caused it to flip as it's going over.

Errors in geography

The last scene is supposed to be set on Tahiti, but the final shot is on Bora Bora, another island in French Polynesia (Tahiti is the best-known). Tahiti doesn't have any white beaches with palm trees around a blue lagoon.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When Michael Korda opens the door to get into Roper's truck, he is carrying a coat on his arm. In the next shot, a coat is on the hood of the truck. It's Roper's coat.

Near the end of the film, Kevin McCall squeezes off three rounds off his sniper rifle in a quick, semi-automatic fashion. The SWAT standard issue M24 SWS is a bolt-action rifle, which requires the shooter to manually chamber each round.

When Roper captures Korda in the parking garage, his Glock changes repeatedly between shots. In most shots, it's a full-sized Glock-17 or -22. In some shots, it is a smaller Glock-19 or -23, with a shorter barrel. In one take, with the barrel at Korda's head, it appears to be .45-caliber, making the gun a Glock-21.
