I cant say this enough...i hated it.
The acting was beyond bad and the whole camera work was off. I don't see how this can be a family movie when I doubt any single person can watch it at all. Unbearable! The only decent thing about this movie was the dog itself. For me the villains here are worse actors than the kids in my elementary school drama class. The sad thing is I'm not trying to be insulting...but this movie really stoops that low. The kids themselves were hardly convincing. Sorry but this was a poor attempt at a film!
The Dad as well in the early parts of the movie was utterly horrendous. This was not only because he was supposed to act this way, you know, being a drunk and all. But he was downright aggressive and in no way reflected a drunkyard, but rather a disorientated hobo. It just doesn't make it plausible for him to transform into a kinder figure at the end of the movie.
One more thing, the vomit scene was absolutely hilarious because the vomit itself looked like playdo soaked in water.
