That fine details make this a masterpiece

I am surprised it was never nominated for Academy award, nevertheless this movie should be a part of regular lecture at every single movie course. Such dedication to details hasn't been matched by any blockbuster movies. Story shows true marvelousness of narrative crafting. It is one of those movies you should strongly suggest to your best friend and worst enemy, because it should not be unwatched by anyone.

The Highlight of Croatian Cinematography

This movie touches every emotion and keeps you on the edge of your seat. It is progressive for Croatia with its topics and it's highly misunderstood. It shows the dirt of human soul, and I LOVE IT.

So bad it's good

The movie is so terribly written and poorly made it's actually entertaining to watch. The kind of hilarious that could never be achieved if the makers of the movie were trying to make it funny. It stands today as a monument to all the movies that have regular screenings at social gatherings and pubs to make people laugh in complete shock that such a movie really exists.

It kept at the edge of my seat all the time. I like chemistry beetween actors, you can see more passion than in many Hollywood movies. This movie should have won few Oscars!

Genius

This movie is really ahead of its time! The themes in the movie are progressive and the actors are amazing at portraying the characters and their struggles. Watching this was a truly cathartic experience. Recommended!

This is one of the funniest Croatian movie I ever watched. It is a must see. I dont know if English speakers would get it but it sure is worth to watch. Acting is so poor that is actually funny.

Intriguing contemporary romantic comedy with supernatural elements

I haven't been this amazed with a movie in a long time, the only comparable experience to this is when I took a bag of assorted psychoactive stimulants and spent 3 years in the mountains, yes this movie is that great. The plot line and characters are very much relatable. That hot blonde accordionists wife is a spitting image of my ex wife. The movie is a very realistic portrayal of typical hardships young Croatian gay couples had to endure in the 90's so I have nothing but praise for Majcugs vision and his contribution to gay rights movement in Croatia. In short it's a Lynch style exploration of love, hate, desire, jealousy, religion and the explosive acid trip that ensues when you mix all this delicious ingredients together. I'm definitely hooked and looking forward for the sequel!
