I want to have three kids right away.
Three kids, right away?
Yeah. See, I have this theory that you need three kids to have a real family. That way the kids outnumber the parents.
That sounds dangerous.

This movie has so many clichés, I had to stop counting. Not only this, but the film editing was horrible. This movie was supposed to take place in Chicago. I'm not sure when Chicago had backdrops of beautiful pine tree covered hills. As a resident of Portland, I immediately recognized the film location. As far as the plot goes, the leading female character has bi-polar disorder and that was also stereotyped and somewhat glossed over. The lead detective's role was oversimplified, especially in regards to his relationship with his father, Who, of course, is a retired police officer. I saw the first 15 minutes of this film and was pretty much able to predict the remaining hour.
