Going All the Way wasn't a bad film, it was a surrealistic, weird, but very refreshing coming-of-age story about a young man who makes friends with someone who went to the same school as him, but never really hung out together because they hung with different people. The guy he meets teaches him a lot about life boosting his self esteem in the process, and they form a strong bond. The film benefits greatly from the short but memorable performance by Rose McGowan who puts her sexy looks and undeniable talent to good use, and the rest of the characters are well cast, although the film could have benefited from a different lead. Still, if you get the chance to see it, don't pass it up because you may enjoy it.
