Nicolas Cage is suing his former business manager for $20
million.
The 45-year-old actor - who owes over $6 million in
unpaid tax and has been forced to put several of his properties on the market -
filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Friday (16.10.09), claiming Samuel Levin
caused him huge financial losses by making bad investments.
The document states that over seven years Levin
"placed Cage in numerous highly speculative and risky real estate
investments, resulting in Cage suffering catastrophic losses".
Cage - who is being sued over a $2 million credit deal
- has also alleged Levin did not pay some taxes.
The 'Face Off' actor also claims Levin did not
warn him that he was over-spending.
Legal papers state Levin "over-extended Cage's
line of credit with banks and financial institutions" and hid his
"true financial condition prior to investments and assets being acquired
by Cage".

"I have a lot of respect and admiration for the genius of Lil Wayne and the entire Young Money family," he said. Omarion's stint on Lil Wayne's Young Money Records was almost as short as a Usain Bolt 100-meter dash.
Last week, Lil Wayne introduced the fan-favorite performer during a California stop of Young Money Presents: The America's Most Wanted Music Festival. Wayne said Omarion was on his burgeoning label — which also includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga — and the singer seemed excited to be down with the crew. He even moonwalked to Michael Jackson music onstage.
On Wednesday, a record called "I Get It In" featuring Wayne and O hit the Net, and the machine seemed to be rolling smoothly. The euphoria hit the breaks abruptly, however. Later that night, Wayne's trusted crew member Mack Maine hit Twitter and wrote that O was off the label and

And you thought all this Twilight business couldn't possibly get more nauseating…
The romantic vampire film has already taken over San Diego Comic-Con (much to many Con regulars' disapproval) and spawned the fan-built TwiCon earlier this summer. Clearly, this was not enough gathering for all the Robert Pattinson fanggirls in the universe.
Summit Entertainment, which produces the movies, has teamed with event producers Creation Entertainment to put together official Twilight fan conventions. More than 20 of them.
That dippy little Dallas TwiCon just got steamrolled.
The official mega-meetups will include appearances by castmembers, panel discussions, footage screenings, theme parties,

Lindsay Lohan to Face Off Against 'Machete'?

The time is almost upon us. At first it seemed like a wonderful and impossible rumor. Then it seemed like it could possibly happen. Now, Machete is about a week away from production, and the cast is getting finalized. MTV chatted with Robert Rodriguez at Comic-Con, and the director confirmed some cast, teased about others, and is remaining really tight-lipped until all deals are signed.
Danny Trejo is, of course, holding the machetes and Michelle Rodriguez is definitely on-board. As for De Niro? Hill? The director isn't saying, but he did admit that they've sent the script to lots of big names, one of whom could be Ms. Lindsay Lohan. Rodriguez refused to confirm or deny when he name came up, but did say: "Lindsay's cool. There's actually cool part in the movie for her if she takes it."
