(at around 14 mins) Near the beginning of the film, when Castor Troy turns round and sees his brother Pollux Troy being pinned down by cops, the camera zooms in on Pollux's face as he shouts "CAS!". However judging by the lip movement and expression of Pollux, it's obvious that the word was dubbed over the video.

(at around 38 mins) Just before Sean (as Castor Troy) goes to Erewhon Prison, his friend Tito says there are 6 days until the 18th, when the bomb is supposed to go off. Just before that, though, there's a shot of the bomb that says there are 216 hours until it explodes. Tito could have meant six days after Sean got out of Erewhon, the bomb would go off, but Sean is supposed to be in Erewhon two days, which means the bomb would go off in a maximum of eight days. 216 hours, though, is nine days, not eight. That clarifies the meaning of what Tito said, but the time frame is still incorrect.

When Cage is rolling down the runway he appears to be controlling the direction of the aircraft by turning the yoke. An aircraft is controlled on the ground via rudder (vertical stabiliser) controlled by the feet of the pilot, and nosewheel steering, also controlled by the feet (rudder pedals) of the pilot (sometimes also with a steering wheel on the side of the cockpit). Moving the yoke simply alters the position of the ailerons, which will not steer the aircraft on the ground.

On the runway, two shots after Castor Troy says, "This is a big gun. Fly the f*ing plane," there is a side shot of the Hummer. As the camera pans in closer, the reflection of a crew member on the filming vehicle, which moves beside the Hummer, becomes visible at the Hummer's back end, just before it cuts away.

When Buzz and Wanda stand in the outer room, in the first shot, the camera pans around and faces the agents' TV, showing the video feed of Pollux in the interrogation room singing about his tiramisu. On the agents' TV screen, the reflection of the crew's rather large black square screen is visible (on a stand) in front of the windows (to block window light and view of the crew/equipment) and just as the camera faces the TV head-on, a crouching crew member begins to stand (seen at the left side of their TV screen).

Factual errors

(at around 37 mins) After the face surgery, Archer (as Troy) says his voice still sounds the same. Dr. Walsh tells Archer that he's implanted a micro-chip on his larynx, so he'll have to be careful because pressure, a sharp blow, even a violent sneeze would dislodge it. If this was the case, the micro-chip would have easily been dislodged in first prison brawl between Dubov and him (at around 42 mins).
(at around 12 mins) During aircraft chase scene at beginning of the movie, Castor Troy is steering the jet with the yoke while plane is on the ground. Aircrafts are steered by the rudder pedals while on the ground.

In the scene in the hall where there are is a circle of mirrors where Castor and Sean engage in a shootout, there is a mistake as the FBI agent fires at Castor. The FBI agent is holding an M16 or M4 assault rifle with an M203 40mm grenade launcher. He fires two consecutive shots within a second of each other. This is impossible as the M203 attachment only holds 1 shell at a time and would take at least 5 seconds to grab another round and reload and fire again.

Never mind that their faces are taken off (and a fast recovery time, as well), but John Travolta is tall with broad shoulders, Nick Cage is short and thin - how did all this get changed? I know plastic surgery is possible, but these two men would need intensive plastic surgery and would need months or years to recover, not several hours.

Plot holes

(at around 53 mins) The choking that Archer gave Troy during the visitation scene should have been more than enough to dislodge the microchip in his larynx, therefore preventing him from talking in Archer's voice for the remainder of the film.

When Castor sets the bomb it is set for 236 hours (just about 10 days) after the initial surgery, there is a shot of the bomb indicating it was about 216 hours. There is no way that the surgery and subsequent healing process, in addition to the chase, capture, interrogation, etc. that took place in such a short interim.

He has big long sideburns, which are in stark contrast to Cage's short hair, visible in closer shots. At various other points in the movie, stunt doubles appear of much different physical builds than the two actors, with markedly different hair colours, and I seem to recall that at least one of them had facial hair.
