Simeon <simeon@imdb.com> (12 June 1999) This is a great laserdisc, which shows that this technology can still hold up against dvd (compared to non anamorphic dvds), despite the fact that the basic technology is more than 20 years old. The transfer is very good with only a minimal amount of aliasing, contrast and colors are very good and the picture has only very little video noise. This is partly due to the good transfer and partly due to the consistenly good pressing quality of the Kuraray pressing plant in Japan.
