Kimberly J. Brown,
After using their powers to battle the forces of darkness, the sisters settle down to lead normal lives. However, the discovery that their biological father may not be dead, but residing in New York, causes confusion for the pair.
Casper (the good ghost) with his friend tries to finish "scare school". But in order to do so he need to scare people (which is against his nature) along the way Casper and friends goes through many mysteries and adventures.
When Casper failed to show up at the Ghost Central Station, he instead finds himself in the world of the living where he befriends a young boy name Chris Carson, a 10 year old, who loves ghosts and the supernatural and has a workaholic father: Tim Carson who spends little time with his son as he attempts to tear down an old mansion to update the town. Casper also meets with the Ghostly Trio where they along with Chris are willing to help Casper become a better ghost. Meanwhile, a monstrous ghoul: Kibosh, who is head of the Ghost Central, discovers of Casper's absence, sent out his assistant: Snivel to find Casper and bring him back at once.
Tim Carson says "Chris, I'm on a diet" in this film. Steve Guttenberg's character Mahoney says the same line in Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment (1985) only that the name "Chris" wasn't mentioned. See more »

The 1995 movie is my favourite movie of all time, with great voice-overs and touching performances and a good plot. This was the first Casper flick made by Power Ranger creators Saban, and can't you tell. It's dire. There's no continuity with the first film, many, many character errors, terrible acting, ridiculous plot and the story was awful. Awful. And to make it even worse they came out with two more tripe sequels after this one. Oh woe. Bring back the animated series (based on the '95 movie), that was better than the three shabby sequels put together, and then some!
Please, please, don't waste your money on this. I wouldn't even buy it for a very young child. Even they can tell that this is just a sad rip-off, riding on the first films success.
