What a Wonderful Film. Classic!!!
2 January 2001 | by (Kamloops,B.C. Canada) – See all my reviews

I just watched this Movie earlier today. I read the book as a teen in high school and loved it. The movie was very moving, and such a treat to watch. Richard Dreyfusse's narration the wonderful acting, and cinematography, add to this moving story about a dog named "Buck". The main character in this story of the harsh reality of the Yukon and the pursuit of fortune. I must confess a tear came to my eyes at times during this film, wonderful and moving. If you didn't like this film, then you are not alive! The ending is tragic, and heart warming at the same time. It doesn't get much better than this. Jack London's book translates so well to film, a true classic for all! 9/10.
