No, 'The Boys Club' is a movie directed by John Fawcett and the script is written by Doug Smith and Peter Wellington.

Does Kyle kill Luke?

No, he does not. If you look carefully; you will slowly see him backing out of the clubhouse and then you see Luke's body breathing and slowly moving, showing that he is in fact, alive.

What happened to Megan?

Megan didn't want anything to do with Kyle anymore as he didn't help her when Luke tried to get her to remove her top as he would have raped Megan (as any girl would if that happened to them).

What happened to Jake?

It is assumed that Jake bled to death because they didn't show him anymore that he was alive; and the fact that the police had yellow banners up to indicate a crime scene.

That would be Old Grand-Dad Whiskey.

The song is "Too Easy" performed by Wagbeard

Purple hazing also known as an afterimage is when someone stares into a bright flashing light/ image for about 10 seconds they will then see an optical illusion that refers to an image continuing to appear in one's vision after the exposure to the original image has ceased.

You can read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afterimage

Even though it says in the credits that a soundtrack is available from Unforscene Music, it was never actually released.
