Storyline

Elvis Maginnis was born into a criminal family but decided to join the police service. Having left the police he now owns a dry cleaning business essentially run by Stella. The another staff member is Rueben, a young man suffering Tourettes. Set in Melbourne Elvis is constantly dragged into the underworld's grey world with police and criminals. There is something about this show that is different from your usual shows involving cops. Elvis McGuiness is an ex cop for one, but the plots pull you in and Elvis' character makes you want to go along for the ride.
