Storyline

An ex-navy SEAL-turned boat pilot charters unsuspectingly for a Mexican drug lord and his seductive wife. Meanwhile he is also involved in another love triangle with a US customs agent and his girlfriend, as well as being shaken down and forced to turn against the drug lord by DEA agent Stanovsky.

The man playing the tattoo artist is "Slik Rik" Milligan, who at the time was working at Studio City Tattoo in California. He was originally hired only to paint on the yakuza tattoos for the movie, but when a scene called for a tattoo artist he stepped in front of the camera. "Slik Rik" now resides in Hawaii and owns and runs North Shore Tattoo in Oahu.

Firstly, the correct title for this film is TRUE VENGEANCE. Bernhardt portrays Allen Griffin, an ex-Navy SEAL who's daughter is kidnapped by her Yakuza grandfather to force Griffin to kill an exec of a rival company so he can take it over. Racing against time, Griffin is determined to get his daughter back at all costs. While being chased by the police for the murder, he takes on the Yakuza.
