Trivia:

Ian Ziering's character, Victor Serlano, is a skinhead neo-Nazi whose body tattoo patterns are almost identical to those worn by co-star Russell Crowe when he played a skinhead neo-Nazi called Hando in the Australian movie, Romper Stomper.

Goofs:

Continuity: In the scene with the grenade, the bad guy initially picks up and holds a comparatively newer M26/M61 model grenade. In remaining shots of the same sequence, it suddenly becomes a WWII vintage MK2 "pineapple". (Spoiler here) Also, as Saiko is falling, palms open, her hands are clearly empty. Once she's lying down, she opens her hand and lets go of the grenade.

No Way!

"No Way Back" sticks FBI agent Crowe in the middle of a crude conglomeration of assorted Mafia weirdos, FBI agents, cops, Yakuza, and an airline flight attendant in its attempt to mix action with attitude and tongue-in-cheek humor. The result is a messy plot which accomplishes little save lurching from one mediocre action scene to the next. An okay no brainer for insomniacs.
