Revealing mistakes 

When Martha is caught stealing beer and the owner of the store runs after her with a baseball bat, he hits the car with the bat as the drive off, and immediately you can see that the bat is bent, revealing that is not a real bat.

Martha's father says "This is the best God damned gazpacho I have ever had ever tasted," nearly running "ever had ever tasted" together, because the line was "ever tasted" and he accidentally said "ever had"; the director opted to leave the flub in.
