When Toby and Malik pull up to the club Apollo 14, the club is seen to be surrounded by desert. Later, after the club blows up and Malik and Toby run away on foot, there is all of a sudden a bridge behind them. This bridge should not be there because it was not there when they pulled up.
When Toby and Malik take the detonators from Madison, Malik holds his detonator in his right hand and Toby holds his detonator in his left hand. After they both push the button to blow up Madison, the shot switches to show them from behind ducking away from the explosion. During this shot Toby is now holding his detonator in the opposite hand than just a split second before.
When the cops put the second set of restraints on Toby and Malik the wire that separates them is only about a foot long. Yet during the fighting, the length of the wire extends to allow Toby to do his fighting moves.
In the first shot of the bar there is a heavy rainstorm going on outside. Later, as the cops pull up, the ground is now bone dry. The fight inside could not have taken so much time to allow the ground to dry like that.
When Malik finds out he has to drive Toby to L.A., Malik slams on his brakes. As they stop the camera shows the car outside and there is no car. As Malik starts to drive off again there is a car in front of them so close that Malik has to pull around this car to go on.
After leaving the gravel pit, Malik's car antenna has a white piece of paper on it. When they stop, and Toby is explaining about the "bio-engine," the paper is not there. When they pull up to Malik's house the piece of paper is back on the antenna.
While fending off the mercenaries led by Madison, in the other room that is connected to the room where Toby was sleeping a few minutes ago, Toby throws some pots and pans at them which land right in front of the couch. Then as Toby rolls over the table the pots and pans are missing. Then, after Toby puts the boots on his hands, the pots and pans are back in front of the couch.
When Toby and Malik leave the gravel pit the shadows are long indicating it is late evening. Later, as Toby and Malik stop, while Toby explains why those guys are after him, the shadows are much shorter.
Before Madison picks up the master key cards to the hotel in one shot the keys are fairly spaced out. In the next shot, as Madison lifts up the keys, the other keys are arranged in a different pattern than the previous shot.
While Toby is in the air, shooting at the guys who are trying to get him, you can see Deliverance hiding her face with her arm as Toby starts to descend. Then, in a close up of Deliverance, you can see she has both hands on the side of the bed watching what is going on in the room before she ducks as Toby hits the bed.
During the shootout in the hotel room there is a camera shot of Madison next to the door. In this shot you can see there is a bullet hole just above the card reader. Even though no bullets hit close to the part of the door until a few seconds later.
While escaping from the bar in Malik's car Toby shouts "lookout" and the camera switches to show a cargo truck crossing the median in front of them. After a shot of Malik turning the wheel to avoid the truck there is another shot of the truck only now it hasn't crossed the median.
In the motel's garage one of the guys fighting Malik shoots a propane tank and after a few seconds it explodes. This explosion happens near the rear of the of Malik's Challenger. Toby then comes in and makes a dive to take out the bad guy and there is no evidence of any kind of explosion.
Toby gets down off of the roof of the yellow car and one of the bad guys pushes a set of small silver rolling shelves at Toby. Toby pushes this out of the way which causes small tools to scatter around on the floor. Then, after dodging a couple of attempts to hit him with shock sticks, Toby kicks a guys legs out from under him. Before the kick there is a small red handled screwdriver near the tire of the car. As the guy hit's the floor the screwdriver is gone.
While Toby is fighting the thugs in the garage, Toby has to get on top of a yellow vintage car and fight some of them off. When Toby is on top of the car you can see the roof has a black rubber mat on the roof to help with grip.
When Toby is fighting with the guys while sitting in the orange chair one of the guys he fights tries to hit him in the stomach with the shock stick. Toby dodges this by lifting himself off the seat of the chair. As the guy misses, and hits the back of the seat, the camera lowers far enough that you can see the sandbags used to keep the chair from rolling as the moves are being performed.
Toby uses the restraints to tie up Madison's hand which has the gun in it, which allows Toby to use the gun to defend himself and Malik from the other bad guys. Toby is able to fire off 15-17 rounds from Madison's Desert Eagle without reloading.
During the fight with the Advanced Turbo Drive, Toby does a handstand and kicks the other Turbo Drive twice. When Toby does this the camera switches to show them both from a distance and Toby is obviously replaced by a stuntman.
Toby grabs one of the bad guys in the bar who is carrying a machine gun and forces the guy to put the gun under his chin. The shot changes to show their feet and you can hear the gun go off meaning he forced the guy to shoot himself in the head. The body falls but there is no blood on the ground and there is no blood on Toby when he jumps up onto the pool table in the next shot.
As Malik flips Madison and his partner Hedgehog over and down the steps, away from the entrance to the Apollo 14, you can see that Hedgehog changes from a balding guy with reddish/brown hair to a stuntman with a full head of gray hair.
