I loved Sandro Baldoni's "Strange Stories", so I came to watch "Consigli per gli acquisti" hoping for another masterpiece. But I got to see one of the most disappointing and useless movies I've ever seen. A lot of matters, important, intelligent, even witty matters, were discussed with no irony at all, which I expected. And the dog, who's practically the main character of this movie, and its life, and the problems due to man's behavior were shown by a series of too simple stereotypes. I spent half of the movie waiting for something to arrive, for some creation like those I watched on "Strange Stories", but never happened. Even when the protesters break the windows of the office, and something SHOULD really happen, we are taken away by images that want to be provoking but are just results of what I think is the director's will to remain politically correct, and to not delve into other possible creative views. My vote is 5 because anyway I enjoyed the actors's performances, some of them were the same as in "Strange Stories", with some nice gain, like for Maurizio Crozza, who gets to appear enough time to show his comical and acting skills. He should really appear in more movies.
