Storyline

Having ended yet another relationship ladies' man Adam Williams goes to the pub with best friend Pete Gifford. Pete brings him home to the annoyance of his wife Jenny, who is especially fertile and anxious to make a baby. Next day in a supermarket car park Adam's car collides with that of Rachel, whose boyfriend Simon has just announced that he is leaving her to work in Hong Kong. There is attraction between Adam and Rachel, whose friends Karen and David urge her to go on a date. After seeing a particularly bad play Rachel and Adam sleep together but, though things seem to be going well, they argue and Simon returns to tell Rachel he is not going to Hong Kong after all. Determined not to let Rachel go Adam makes a grand - and very bare - gesture involving a rose, which wins her back. Jenny discovers that she is pregnant whilst Karen persuades David to get a nanny for their son. Written by don @ minifie-1

One of the most amazing series in the history of television...

Somewhere, in between another unforgettable series such as The Simpsons and Monty Python, Cold Feet has a very special place in my heart. We're talking about one of the greatest TV series in the history of television - it just has everything. It's basically the story of three couples, each of them in a different stage in their relationship( beginning of the relationship, married and pregnant and married with a child), with a certain "emphasis" on Adam and Rachel, "the fresh couple". The series was blessed with an amazing cast, including one of the most beloved actors I know, the charming and absolutely fantastic James Nesbitt. The wonderful cast always gets the opportunity to show his talent - Mike Bullen's fascinating writing guarantees that every episode will cover so much emotions, experiences, and unforgettable moments, that near the end you will feel this tremendous feeling, as if you have experienced the entire world in fifty minutes. So beautifully written, so beautifully played out, this is truly the best drama on TV.
