A man is released on parole under one condition: he must stay under house arrest in care of his son who hadn't spoken to him in years. The son is not too crazy about this idea at all and son's shocked wife and teen daughter even less so.

Trivia

"Goode Behavior" was one of the last original shows produced by MTM Enterprises. Eight months after this show first aired (June 1997), MTM's parent company, International Family Entertainment, Inc., was purchased by NewsCorp, which owns 20th Century Fox (NewsCorp is now doing business as 21st Century Fox, Inc.); as a result, MTM ceased to exist after June 1998 and was folded into 20th Century Fox Television. The few existing MTM shows still in production were then produced under the 20th Century Fox Television logo; Fox now owns all the MTM shows, including "Goode Behavior." See more »

Rock Bottom All the Way!
18 November 2001 | by (Hollywood) – See all my reviews

If you want to watch this because you are looking for 'The Jeffersons' or 'Amen' style laughs you will be sorely disappointed. Sherman Hemsley is annoying, and the supporting cast is mediocre at best. Only a minor network could come up with something as bad as this.
