Great Sports Show
4 March 2004 | by (Staten Island, New York) – See all my reviews

This show is a great sports show about a crazy super sports agent(Robert Wuhl) who, in every episode, tries to sign the contract or re-sign a popular sports personality or an athlete played by a celebrity. Also in Arliss' business are:

1) The very funny, sex starved ex-football player with Clark Kent glasses, Kirby Carlisle(played by the very funny Jim Turner).

2) Arliss' back-up man Stanley Babson(played by Michael Boatman) who is geeky with a bad sense of humor who always ends up in a funny situation.

3) The sexy, man chasing Rita Wu(played by Sandra Oh) who's situation is mostly trying to fall in love with another man.

The cast of this show is great, as every character is played by very talented actors. I feel this show is the best show on HBO. The other shows are just junk. Sex and the City is about four women sleeping with about one billion men each, Curb Your Enthusiasm is sometimes funny but is like nothing compared to this, The Sopranos only has a bunch of killing and people saying the f-word in every single sentence, and Oz is just a corny show. I feel this show was, is, and always will be the best HBO show ever!!
