A fresh air oasis in a desert
24 November 2009 | by (Romania) – See all my reviews

It's been a long time since I ever watched a TV series with such a pleasure and got so much spiritual nurturing out of it. The Camden family is far from being the perfect family; in fact there isn't such a thing like a perfect family. The Camden children have the "sins" of all the children in the world: sometimes they lie, sometimes they are selfish, sometimes they are coward, sometimes the need of popularity and need of belonging to "vip" groups in school make them hurt their friends and family. Nonetheless, it's the parents' way of addressing and solving these issues that impressed me most. With patience, diplomacy and love they try to do their best in teaching their children universal values like truth, honesty, selflessness, solidarity. They are aware that rules and values are more important than the short term comfort of their children. Congratulations to all the Healthy Adults who made out this movie.
