Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Not much gore, but it's still present and may gross out. A woman is disected alive by an alien. She is then shot to be put out of her misery. The alien kills alot of the crew, mostly with little gore. There is a scene of an alien being vivisected and a alien fetus removed.

Many F-Bombs along with other profanity.

Some Cigar/Cigarette smoking, many blatant instances of Drug use and being high.

The alien may be scary to small children, but mind you this is the worst effects I've seen in a movie, and the Alien looks like he should be on the Muppets.

Rated R for sci-fi violence and gore, and for strong language
Australia:M / Netherlands:16 / UK:18 (video rating) / USA:R
