At about 25 minutes into the movie Gabriel is in a room with another man and there are pornographic magazines and posters throughout the entire room. Some are on tables and others are on walls. Some of these images are pretty graphic if not avoided.

A body is seen in a morgue/hospital with some graphic wounds. Throughout the movie, Gabriel (Christopher Walken) is shot at and while he doesn't die, you still see graphic, bloody bullet holes throughout the movie.

Several characters are burned alive, writhing and screaming.

A character is thrown out a window and struck by a car. Later, the same bloodied character is seen on an autopsy table.

8 F-words, One S-word, 2 uses of bitch, 2 damns and 9 hells.

Various throughout the film but mainly during the second hour and at the end..

The supernatural characters have no eyes, and the empty sockets may be disturbing to some viewers.

Rated R for violence and gore, and for some language
