Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West Attend Self Help Seminar

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West attended a self-help seminar, which has been designed to set people free from fear.

The couple - who share North, three, and Saint, 15 months - were seen at the Unleash The Power Within seminar, run by Tony Robbins, alongside Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian and their mother Kris Jenner.

The group splashed out on the Diamond Premiere VIP pack, giving them front row seats to Tony's inspiring talks.

Taking to Instagram, Kris shared a video of the day, captioning it: "So this happened today!!! Thank you @tonyrobbins for the amazing day today!! You are truly so remarkable and my family and I appreciate you so very much. #lifechanging #gamechanger #bestdayever #tonyrobbins #bestenergy (sic)"

Green Day will release a three-album trilogy called ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tre! on September 25, November 13 and January 15, respectfully, via Reprise Records.

As I Lay Dying will enter the studio next month with producer Bill Stevenson to record a new album. The effort is due out later this year on Metal Blade Records.

Architects guitarist Tim Hillier-Brook has left the band. Josh Middleton (ex-Sylosis) will be filling in.

Vampires Everywhere! will release their sophomore album, Hellbound and Heartless, on June 19 via Hollywood Waste Records.

Nofx are in the studio recording a new album with producer Bill Stevenson.

Drummer BIll Ward has released another update about his involvement (or lack thereof) in the upcoming Black Sabbath reunion. You can read his statement here. In short, he says that negotiations are ongoing and nothing is official one way or the other.

Matt DeVries has joined Fear Factory on bass. DeVries has previously played with Chimaira and Six Feet Under. He replaces Bryon Stroud, who recently left to join 3 Inches of Blood. The band's new album will be released in the early summer.

Bullet Tooth Records has signed California's I, Omega. The progressive metal band will release an Ep entitled The Ravenous in the spring. Watch their announcement here.

Drummer Bill Ward will apparently not be participating in Black Sabbath's upcoming reunion tour and album, as he has deemed the contract "unsignable." Read Ward's statement on the matter here and the rest of the band's announcement here.

Knut have gone on an indefinite hiatus. The Swiss sludge metal/post-hardcore band formed in 1994 and most recently released Wonder in 2010 on Hydra Head Records.
