Infected people are bombed and you see an explosion.

You see partial blood on someone when they spill infected blood on themselves.

A helicopter shoots at civilians in attempting to escape in vehicles.

The way the diseased people look is quite nasty, in the final phases of the virus you bleed through the eyes.
