Leslie Ann Warren and Corbin Bernsen are passable in their roles. However, the two playing children Kevin and Colleen were excellent. But.. and this is a big but.. the writing is the worst I think I have ever seen. The actors had nothing to go on that was remotely believable. The plot is so implausible and character changes were downright ridiculous. Who would believe that the Kevin character would drive across the country to kill a sister he loved because in one sentence his mother said it was the sister's fault????? Not me. Who would believe the mother who was so close to her children would do this... And I say this being a pessimist at times... Just terrible. I can't believe I sat through the whole thing. I guess I was waiting for it to get better.
