The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Bare breasts are shown briefly in a changing room.

Non-stop sexual jokes and situations.

A theme of underage sex and a man being a pedophile (he didnt know she was underage).

A couple has sex on a mall elevator (no nudity) and she makes a comment about his libido.

The two main characters visit a topless fortune-teller. Her bare breasts are shown for the entire scene.

Violence & Gore

a woman kicks a guy in the crotch

two guys get into a schoolyard style fight, one gets a nosebleed

Jay and Silent Bob keep devising plans to "take out" the security guard

Profanity

There are over 30 f-bombs(a lot, but rather low considering it's a Kevin Smith movie), and at least twice that many in anatomical and scatalogical terms.

Jay and Silent Bob are drug stealers, but drug use is only shown once. Jay and Silent Bob gives the backstage guards pot, so the partner's in crime can destroy the stage for a gameshow. There is also talk about getting high, and some tobacco smoking.

the theme of the Mens Store Manager having sex with the young girl may be a bit disturbing, although he didnt know she was underage

also the fact that the young girl is basically whoring herself out as "research" may also be offensive to people
