A mixed bag.

The only thing that I can say about this movie is that the script is written in a wrong key. There are some aspects in the story that should have been drawn out, like the issue of incest and patriarchal abuse. Maricel Soriano's role as the abused daughter who suffered the fate that her mother (Siguion-Reyna, the mother of the director)had is overly-acted, and Snooky Serna's a bit laxed as the favorite child who pays a visit to the family after many years of being away. Nevertheless, the cinematography has perfectly captured the scenario of the story. Just passable. 7.5/10.
