Storyline
Six years ago, Michael Myers terrorized the town of Haddonfield, Illinois. He and his niece, Jamie Lloyd, have disappeared. Jamie was kidnapped by a bunch of evil druids who protect Michael Myers. And now, six years later, Jamie has escaped after giving birth to Michael's child. She runs to Haddonfield to get Dr. Loomis to help her again. Meanwhile, the family that adopted Laurie Strode is living in the Myers house and are being stalked by Myers. It's the curse of Thorn that Michael is possessed by that makes him kill his family. And it's up to Tommy Doyle, the boy from Halloween, and Dr. Loomis, to stop them all. Written by Jason Mechalek

Daniel Farrands' original script was far more moody and psychological than the final draft. After reading the script, one of the execs at Dimension films could not sleep that night and therefore called Farrands immediately and told him that they wanted go forward with it. 'Donald Pleseance' himself supported the original script and immediately signed on to make the film only to find out that the script was being rewritten. See more »Goofs
Incorrectly regarded as goofs: In the beginning, the flashback indicates that Jamie was kidnapped by the "man in black" after helping Michael escape from the Haddonfield Jail. However, at the end of "Halloween 5" Jamie is last seen all alone in the jail after the man in black and Michael Myers have escaped with no indication that she was kidnapped. Though, in the Producers Cut which is the original cut of the film. The opening shows the ending of Halloween 5 with Jamie in the police station seeing Myers' empty cell and then continues as we see Jamie outside the police station seeing Myers being forced into a van and then the "man in black" appears to kidnap Jamie.
