Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

The naked Bond girls cavort in the opening credits and we see vague, shadowy breasts and buttocks. Some passionate kissing, sexual innuendo. A woman is shown on top of a man and they are kissing roughly; she is moaning and scratching him and then he gets on top of her and thrusts a couple of times before he dies. A man and woman kiss and roll around and get on top of each other but don't have sex.

Many explosions with people running around while on fire. Objects crush people who die as a result. A lot of gun waving, reckless driving complete with car crashes and pedestrian strikes, fistfights with kicking and pummeling resulting in bloody faces, noses and lips. A man falls from a great height landing with a thwack, a woman is blown into a tree and strangled by a helicopter. Many people are shot and killed but little blood is seen.

A few uses of 'damn' and 'hell'.

1 use of 'Son of a bitch'

A couple uses of 'Ass'

Bond drinks in a few scenes.

A woman smokes a cigar in one scene.

A scene at a party where everyone is drinking wine or champagne. No one gets drunk.

The scenes of Natalya almost being killed in the blown up station in Severnaya are intense.

James and Natalya are nearly killed in a helicopter that has missiles flying toward it.

Boris is frozen to death by liquid nitrogen. The sight of his frozen body may be disturbing.

Some fighting scenes and sexual fights with the character Xenia could scare younger kids.

Alec's face might scare some children.

The scene where first see Bond trapped in the helicopter may startle kids because the scene opens with Natalya screeching "WAKE UP!!!!" at the top of her lungs like a banshee. Plus, the place where James meets Alec "Janus" is a creepy pseudo-graveyard. As Bond walks through it, very creepy music can be heard.

Total: 16/50

MPAA rating: Rated PG-13 for a number of sequences of action/violence, and for some sexuality.
