Alec's face might scare some children. The scene where first see Bond trapped in the helicopter may startle kids because the scene opens with Natalya screeching "WAKE UP!!!!" at the top of her lungs like a banshee. Plus, the place where James meets Alec "Janus" is a creepy pseudo-graveyard. As Bond walks through it, very creepy music can be heard.
