When Betty is playing video games with her friends, she is playing Rambo 3 on a Sega Genesis. However, some scenes show the game she is playing as Rambo for the Nintendo Entertainment System, while she is still using a Sega Genesis controller.
In the segment "The Misbehavers" the girl calls room 409 to check if they have needles as well but it's actually room 404 (from the previous segment "The Wrong Man"). Earlier the real Theodore just mentions room 409 when his friend at the party calls Ted for ice and he can't remember which room they are in.
In the segment "The Man From Hollywood," Chester and Leo incorrectly identify the classic Hitchcock television episode as "The Man From Rio." It is in fact a reference to Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Man from the South. Since all of the characters have been drinking heavily one could assume that the slip is a result of their collective intoxication.

Ted answers calls to the front desk by pushing cables into jacks, but Sarah (the little girl in "The Misbehavers") is able to dial another room directly. Also, when the partying guys call and don't know what room they are in, Ted should be able to get the room number right off the switchboard.
