The bat transformations of Dracula were inspired by the cartoonish transformations of Bela Lugosi into a bat in Bud Abbott and Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948).

Goofs:

Factual errors: During the dancing scene, Count Dracula asks the orchestra to play the Csardas, by Vittorio Monti. However, the actual song played is the Hungarian Dance no. 5 by Johannes Brahms.

"Dracula: Dead and Loving It" is a masterful spoof, though the intricacies would never be recognized by someone unfamiliar with Bram Stoker's novel. The attention to detail, and Brooksian destruction of it is superb.
