Sex & Nudity

On two occassions, a man directs the head of a woman into his lap.

There is a brief full rear view nudity shot of a woman; one of the main characters is an ex-prostitute (There is very little talk of it however).

Multiple very passionate kissing scenes.

There is a brief scene of a woman in her undergarments, as well as a scene where bikini-clad women wander in the background.

There are very brief, distant shots of scaintly-clad dancers.

Two people are very briefly shown having sex, with thrusting and moaning. Only they're heads/faces are seen. This scene last for about four seconds.

Two heavily injured men are stripped of their clothing (We see them in their undergarments).

A woman walks past the screen in undergarments and is shown for a few seconds.

Violence & Gore

10/10 The violence is VERY strong and graphic.

A mans hand is hit several times with a hammer. Very graphic, bloody and brutal.

Several men shoot 5 people in a bar. Quite disturbing and brutal with blood spray.

A woman is shot in the head several times with graphic bloody detail.

Two men are executed by gunshot to the heads blood sprays and pours. Graphic.

In two scenes Nicky violently beats two people with a telephone.

A bloodied and beat up man is dragged through a warehouse where he is tortured by having his head crushed in a vise. His eye bulges out of his head in bloody graphic detail. His throat is then slit. The throat slitting is shown from far away. Extremely graphic and disturbing.

A man is stabbed repeatedly in the neck with a pen; we see blood squirt out in close up, he is then kicked violently over and over while on the ground. Very brutal and shocking.

Two policemen shoot a man dead with bloody results.

A man is shot in the head blood splatters

A man is very violent towards his wife in several scenes.

Two men are beaten to a pulp with baseball bats with extremely graphic and bloody detail. They are then buried alive. Extremely explicit and incredibly disturbing.

A man's neck is slit and a plastic bag is put over his head. Blood sprays under the bag and it slowly fills up.

A man is shot twice in the chest. We only hear the gunshots, but some blood is shown.

A woman dies from a drug overdose.

Several men beat up a pimp with bloody and graphic results.

A car explodes, but the driver gets out alive.

Profanity

At the time of its release, Casino held the record for most uses of the word "fuck" in a major motion picture, clocking in at 422 times.

"Cocksucker" is used many times.

Jag-off is used many times

Milder obscenities are very frequent.

Racial slurs are used. 2 uses of nigger. A few derogatory terms for Jews.

"Cunt" is used once in an aggressive context towards a woman.

Constant cigarette smoking. Robert De Niro's character is seen smoking a cigarette in almost every scene he is in.

Alcohol is drunk frequently.

Cocaine is used occasionally.

Numerous characters are shown heavily intoxicated, drugged, and under the influence of various forms of substances.

One of the characters is shown dying because of an overdose.

The violence in this movie is depicted real, graphic and disturbing.

The vise and baseball bat scenes are particularly disturbing. This is not for minors at all, nobody under 16 should see this
