Trivia

Frequently when Rob Paulsen was recording for the voice of Ipkiss/The Mask he would receive notes from the producers and directors that Jim Carrey would do it a certain way so he should try it more the way Carrey would do it. Eventually, at the suggestion of Tim Curry, Paulsen said to them, "I'm not Jim and I can't be Jim. The whole reason you guys got me is because you can't afford him so if all you want is for me to be Jim then maybe I'm the wrong guy for this part." They paused for a moment and then apologized for making him feel that way and he never received another note of how he "wasn't doing it the way Jim would." See more »

Just like the movie!
2 October 2002 | by (San Diego, Ca) – See all my reviews

I saw the movie and decided to checkout the TV series. I actually found the TV show pretty good. The series is about a man who has a mask and when he puts it on he turns good. He was going to turn the mask into the cops but then decided to keep it. The Mask in the show isn't voiced by Jim Carrey he is voiced by Rob Paulsen. But an evil man is always after the mask.
