Continuity 

Bangor Airport is supposedly deserted, yet in one brief shot another plane is visible.

The ridge with the high-tension power lines changes position in some parts of the movie. Also, in one shot, the power lines are missing, and when the people are helping carry Dynah (in the stretcher) onto the plane, the ridge has disappeared altogether.

Both times when the plan lands (Bangor and LAX) there are brief shots where the lettering on the plane appears as a mirror image.

In the different outside views of the aircraft shots, the aircraft changes back and forth between an L1011 and a DC-10. Difference is mainly the body width and the rear engine setup.

Factual errors 

In cruise flight, the camera zooms in on main panel. The indicated airspeed reads zero.

When taking off from Bangor Airport to escape the Langoliers the aircraft is shown climbing away from the runway. The Attitude Indicator in the cockpit however clearly shows the aircraft to have been in a dive - nose down, as opposed to a climb - nose up.
