This movie seems to be a badly dubbed (in English to English) remake of "Hotel Paradise" about a mob hit man after a employee lifeguard that is boffing his wife. Some fairly decent bodies show up topless and there is a "revenge of the Nerds" schlock plot thrown in.
But this movie seems more to be a travel brochure for Miami, Florida and they must have spent some bucks on the Director of Photography, because almost every shot is perfectly composed and lit. I have never seen Miami look so good. There are also some Koyaanisquatsii (Sorry, I cant spell it) type time lapse sequences that seem to be thrown in for no particular reason.
No way this is even a good attempt at a bad beach movie.
