Own the rights?
I saw this when I was 12 because my family and I vacationed to Las Vegas and found that this mini-movie (47 minutes) was the only good thing on T.V. I recently heard that they took it off, but oh well. I already bought a tape of it.It is really just a promotion of stuff to show people what there is to do while they visit Vegas. They just feel like entertaining the people in a much more exciting way.
