Two men walk into a strip club but there are no performers seen and neither is there any nudity.

A woman lists out the various locations where she has piercings on her body while talking to another woman and these include her left nipple and clitoris.The same woman says she has a stud on her tongue to aid her while performing fellatio.

A man talks to himself about masturbating on reaching home.

A man is lying in bed with his girlfriend.He runs his hand along her bare leg. She asks for "oral pleasure" and he agrees, if she will give him some in return. He then moves off-screen and she begins moaning. (Very brief scene)

When Butch gets out of the shower, his pubic hair is briefly and barely visible.

There are a couple of kissing scenes. A man rips off a woman's shirt to give her a shot of adrenaline (she is wearing a bra).

Violence & Gore

A woman snorts heroin, mistaking it for cocaine. She overdoses, as blood streams down her nostrils for several seconds before the scene cuts. She is briefly seen foaming at the mouth later.

Two men shoot and kill a man in his apartment, and another man comes out to shoot the men. He fires several shots that all miss, and the men shoot and kill him.

A man shoots and kills another man in his apartment. He then runs over another man with his car, and is hit by another car. The man who was run over then gets up and tries to shoot the driver, but he hits a woman by accident, and she has a bloody wound on the leg. He chases the other man on foot, firing several shots that miss. The first man grabs the second in a shop and punches him repeatedly, and takes a gun and prepares to shoot him in the face, but he is stopped before he can pull the trigger.

A man is hit once in the head or face with a gun, knocking him unconscious.

There is a rape scene (see 'Sex & Nudity' for more detail).

A man is sliced and then stabbed with a samurai sword. A streak of blood is briefly shown across his chest.

A man is shot in the groin. You can see a large amount of flesh several times (bloody spray holes are briefly seen) from the wound.

A man accidentally shoots another man in the face inside a car. We briefly see blood splatter all over the windows and windshield. The two other men in the car have blood all over their heads and clothes.

Two men talk about another man being thrown off an apartment balcony and landing in a greenhouse multiple stories below; we are told the man survives but has a speech impediment (this incident is brought up by a man and a woman later in the film).

Despite all this violence most with the exception of Marvin being executed are mildly visually bloody

He prepares the drug with a lighter and spoon. We then see a graphic close-up shot as he inserts the needle into his vein, draws out blood, mixes it with the heroin, and injects it.

The "Zed" portion of the movie is fairly disturbing.

The drug overdose and adrenaline shot scenes could be very intense to some viewers.
