Sex & Nudity

There are mentions of cunnilingus while two men are talking to each other.

A discussion about foot massages and whether or not they are a sexual act.

A woman lists out the various locations where she has piercings on her body while talking to another woman and these include her left nipple and clitoris.The same woman says she has a stud on her tongue to aid her while performing fellatio.

A man talks to himself about masturbating on reaching home.

A man is lying in bed with his girlfriend.He runs his hand along her bare leg. She asks for "oral pleasure" and he agrees, if she will give him some in return. He then moves off-screen and she begins moaning.

When Butch (Bruce Willis) gets out of the shower, his pubic hair is briefly and barely visible.

There are a couple of kissing scenes. A man rips off a woman's shirt to give her a shot of adrenaline (she is wearing a bra).

A man rapes another man he is seen thrusting into him for 4 seconds. The victim's gagged face is then seen for another few seconds (disturbing scene).

Violence & Gore

Contains strong violence throughout.

A woman snorts heroin, mistaking it for cocaine. She overdoses, as blood streams down her nostrils for several seconds before the scene cuts. She is briefly seen foaming at the mouth later.

Men shoot and kill other men throughout the film.

There is a rape scene (see 'Sex & Nudity' for more detail).

A man is sliced and then stabbed with a samurai sword. A streak of blood is briefly shown across his chest.

A man is shot in the groin. You can see a large amount of flesh several times (bloody spray holes are briefly seen) from the wound.

A man accidentally shoots another man in the face inside a car. We briefly see blood splatter all over the windows and windshield. The two other men in the car have blood all over their heads and clothes for most of the next scene.

Despite all this violence most with the exception of Marvin being executed are mildly visually bloody

Characters are seen smoking (both tobacco and what may be marijuana) and drinking throughout.

Two men talk about the availability of marijuana in Amsterdam.

We see a man buying heroin from a dealer. Lots of drug-filled bags are seen lying about. After choosing a certain type of heroin, he decides to shoot up. He prepares the drug with a lighter and spoon. We then see a graphic close-up shot as he inserts the needle into his vein, draws out blood, mixes it with the heroin, and injects it.

A woman is seen snorting cocaine several times.

A woman snorts cocaine and heroin at the same time. She overdoses very graphically.

A woman is seen with a bong.

Possibly intense scenes of violence include the toaster shooting, the shooting of a woman, and the threatening of Brett.

The "Zed" portion of the movie is fairly disturbing.

The drug overdose and adrenaline shot scenes could be very intense to some viewers.

The end of the movie is a bit intense.
